Return Policy

Unless otherwise excluded by the specific terms and conditions of individual products, most consumer and business products are eligible for return within 30 days* of the purchase date as part of our money back satisfaction guarantee. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.

Exceptions to this return policy include:

• Custom built backup or failover servers are not returnable.
• Not For Resale (NFR) software is not returnable and is not included in our 30-day guarantee.
• Backup or Replacement CDs or USB drives are not refundable and are not included in our 30-day guarantee.
• Education Kits are not refundable.
• Skadoit branded apparel is not returnable.
• Proof of Concept, Professional Services, Consulting, and Design Services are not refundable.
• Volume license Business Products, Bundled Plans and Multi-Packs are not eligible for a refund. However, if return is requested within the first 30 days from purchase, a replacement order of comparable value is offered.
