Board of Managers

As a "manager managed" Limited Liability Company "LLC", Skadoit's policies, strategies and day-to-day business is managed by a "Board of Managers" duly elected by its members. The Board of Managers has appointed "Officers" to serve in specific management level roles. Currently there are nine board members of which one member also serve as an Officer. Please review the list of Managers by position and personal biographies below.

Stephen Nye, Chairman of the Board, CEO and Manager

For more than twenty years, Mr. Nye has focused on technology. After graduating from Florida State University, Mr. Nye focused his efforts on advanced technology and business development. He has been recognized with multiple achievement awards for both leadership and technical knowledge while working for a large technology defense contractor DynCorp, and Computer Sciences Corporation, a Fortune 500 IT defense contractor. He has also formed valuable relationships with top industry leaders like Johnson Controls and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Nye is recognized as a true leader, trusted advisor and innovative thinker who co-authored the initial technology infrastructure, including database management and security, for mission critical support of Naval Facilities within the Southeast. It was his involvement in the continued development of advanced technology that inspired him to join Skadoit. As a result, he has focused his efforts on emergent solutions that deliver low cost, automated, secure and reliable data backup solutions to mass markets.

Nicholas Hourmouzis, Manager

Mr. Hourmouzis brings over twenty five years of successful business operations experience in the computer industry. He is the founder and owner of MTS Network Solutions of Ohio. This progressive computer company provides consulting services and computer solutions to clients, including strategic planning, implementation and enhancement of computer networks, security and website environments. His company serves many corporate clients in the legal, healthcare, financial and insurance industries. Prior to opening MTS, Mr. Hourmouzis worked at Electronic Business Systems and was the first Novell Dealer in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In this capacity, he managed a multimillion-dollar budget and grew the sales and service departments into one of the most well known and respected Dealers in America. Mr. Hourmouzis graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Mass Media Communication, with honors, and a minor in Marketing.

Dennis Nye, Manager

Mr. Nye brings over thirty five years of successful business operations experience to Skadoit, with over 20 years' of experience in the insurance industry. His industry knowledge and expertise in insurance will help shape our vision to create superior industry leading products and services. Mr. Nye has served as a chief administrator and President of Florida Transportation Builders Association Self Insurers Fund (FTBA Fund) for over 11 years. He built the fund from ground zero into a multi-million dollar association of insured members with over $70 million in assets and more than 70 employees. Prior to FTBA Fund, he was the director of the self insurance program for the State of Florida. For 6 years, he managed and structured the State's Health Insurance Program making it one of the best programs in the country. In recognition for his efforts, he was awarded the Secretary's Award for department administration from the State of Florida. Mr. Nye attended Miami Dade University, Florida International University, and Florida State University.

Scott Sirdevan, Manager

Mr. Sirdevan is the co-founder and Chief Information Officer of BridgeGate International, and is focused on the strategic positioning of BridgeGate technology. Mr. Sirdevan is the lead inventor on the three BridgeGate patents. His focus at BridgeGate is to enable customers to bring together data from multiple systems to the point of decision. Mr. Sirdevan began his professional software development career at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, working on software in support of statistical research aimed at controlling the spread of malaria and AIDS. After his work at the CDC, Mr. Sirdevan spent more than two decades leading extremely complex system integration and development projects for major companies such as AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bank of America. In 1999, Mr. Sirdevan joined a team to work on the SkyMall e-commerce project and subsequently co-founded BridgeGate International. Mr. Sirdevan earned his M.S. in Computer Information Systems at Kansas State University.

David Muyres, Manager

Mr. Muyres started his career in the health care industry in the United States Navy. He served 6 years active duty and 2 years as a reservist in the medical field. He went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University in Health Care administration. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Muyres started and ran several successful health care related businesses, including but not limited to, durable medical equipment, home health care and medical imaging, diagnostics, and pharmacy businesses. Mr. Muyres continues to own and operate start up businesses and has successfully sold and profited from others, which has enabled him to continue investing and creating other new businesses. One of his most recent major projects in the past 5 years is the high tech collocation facility (Colo 5 Data Center) in North East Florida. This facility has over 40,000 square feet of raised flooring and houses the most advanced collocation technology available today. It is also one of Skadoit's highly secure data centers. Mr. Muyres is currently a board member of Colo 5 and has several day-to-day management responsibilities. Mr. Muyres has proven to be a very successful businessman, as well as a family man, who continues to bring business growth and success to Northeast Florida.

Brad Elliott, Manager

Mr. Elliott currently leads a dynamic team of business intermediary professionals at Delval Advisory Partners, Inc., acting franchise owner of VR Business Sales - Mergers & Acquisitions in Ewing, NJ. As Managing Principal, he specializes in working with owners of privately held businesses, helping them value, market, sell or recapitalize and expand their companies. Previously, Mr. Elliott owned and operated several businesses in the real estate development field. Over a 14 year span his companies developed, marketed, sold and delivered over 750 homes in 28 communities winning a variety of product and industry awards. Mr. Elliott also served on the board and as an officer of the Pennsylvania Builders Association from 1998-2007 including President in 2006. Mr. Elliott has made numerous radio and television appearances as an expert in land development and housing and has testified before the PA Senate Urban Affairs and Housing Committee concerning the need for affordable housing. Mr. Elliott received his M.A. in Sociology, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and comes from a family with a strong history of entrepreneurship. His experience will be very helpful in Skadoit's planned franchise development and sales efforts.

Jim Paulin, Manager

Mr. Paulin is a business person with a background in accounting and law. During the past 30 years Jim has formed, managed, and operated several small and medium-sized manufacturing companies headquartered in the Midwest United States.

John Widdows, Manager

Mr. Widdows has over 30 years of experience in the Computer Information Technology industry. Mr. Widdows is the founder and CEO of AppSoft Development Inc., an award winning and highly successful web development and search engine marketing company. John provides expertise in leadership, sales training and customer relationship management. John has achieved advancements in the management of product services, operational development, strategic marketing and team building. John also served as a Regional SR Manager with Giga information Group and Forrester Research. Forrester Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORR) is an independent research company that provides pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology. Prior to working at Forrester, John served as Vice President Of Sales & Marketing for Baywood Technologies, a Software Development, Training and IT Outsourcing firm, where he was responsible for company revenue, new product rollouts, marketing and strategic business development relationships. John also served as founder and CEO of Megabytes Computer Centers of Florida, a retail computer chain, for 13 years.
